How Much Do One Day Implants Cost?
By Dr. Calvin Eastwood, Summerbrook Dental & Implants, Fort Worth, TX
One of the most common questions I hear is, “How much do one day implants cost?” Many patients are excited about the idea of walking out with new teeth the same day their implants are placed. This treatment can be life-changing, but the cost depends on the type of implants you need, the number of teeth replaced, and your overall health.
One day implants are also called same-day implants or teeth in a day. With this approach, we place implants into your jaw and then attach temporary teeth right away. You do not have to go without teeth while healing, which makes this option very popular. Later, once the bone has healed and the implants are strong, we replace the temporary teeth with a permanent set designed to last many years.
The cost for one day implants can vary widely. If you are replacing just a single tooth, the price is often between $3,000 and $6,000. This includes the implant, the crown, and all the necessary steps to complete treatment.
For patients missing several teeth in a row, we may use two or more implants with a bridge. This usually costs between $6,000 and $12,000, depending on the number of implants and the materials chosen.
If you need a full arch of teeth replaced in one day, the most common option is an All-on-4 treatment. This uses four to six implants per jaw to hold a full set of teeth. The cost for this option is usually between $18,000 and $30,000 per arch. Some patients need both the top and bottom replaced, which can bring the total into the $35,000 to $55,000 range.
Other factors can also affect price. If you need extractions, bone grafting, or sinus lifts, this may add to the overall cost. The type of materials used for your final teeth also makes a difference. At Summerbrook Dental & Implants, I use advanced 3D scans to plan your case, which improves safety and accuracy, helping protect your investment.
While one day implants may sound like a big expense, it is important to think about the value. Traditional dentures can slip, feel uncomfortable, and cause bone loss over time. One day implants give you teeth that are fixed, stable, and natural-looking. You can eat, speak, and smile with confidence. They are designed to last for many years with proper care, which can save money in the long run compared to replacing dentures again and again.
At Summerbrook Dental & Implants, we also offer financing options to make treatment more affordable. My goal is to provide you with clear answers and a treatment plan that fits your needs.
If you are considering one day implants, I invite you to schedule a consultation. Together, we will review your goals, check your bone health, and design a plan that gives you a strong, beautiful smile.
